Open to students, faculty and staff researchers, as well as government, and industrial partners, the NanoFabrication Facility offers a comprehensive set of tools to develop new micro and nanoscale devices, such as integrated circuits, nanophotonic and solid state devices, micro-electromechanical systems, and microfluidic systems. The NanoFabrication Facility also offers researchers the world’s most sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of materials at the micro and nanoscales. In addition to these resources, access is available to shared equipment located in partner labs throughout the ASRC and CUNY.
